1. Agreement to These Terms

By using freewatermarkremover.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. What the Service Does

The service removes watermarks, logos, timestamps and similar overlays from photos you upload, and returns a processed file. It is provided on an as-is basis and the result depends on the image — an overlay sitting on detailed texture is harder to reconstruct than one sitting on a flat background.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, including the free plan, at any time.

3. Your Responsibilities and Copyright

You may only upload material that you own or hold a valid licence to modify. Removing a watermark from an image you do not own or licence can infringe someone else's copyright, and can also breach a platform's terms of use.

You are solely responsible for the files you submit and for how you use the result, including any use that requires a credit, a licence or an attribution you have not obtained. We do not review uploads and we cannot tell you whether your intended use is lawful.

4. Free Plan and Daily Quota

The free plan allows a limited number of photos per day. Anonymous use is limited by an HttpOnly browser identifier and a separate salted IP counter; account plans may also use daily, monthly and yearly limits. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. The plan covers JPG, PNG and WebP files up to the size limit shown in the uploader. Video and PDF tools are not part of the free plan while they are marked coming soon.

We also apply an aggregate daily processing-budget limit that can temporarily pause free requests. Attempting to bypass a quota — for example by rotating addresses, clearing identifiers, automating requests or sharing an account — is a breach of these terms and may result in access being blocked.

5. Paid Plans

Paid plans are not on sale yet. Where a price is shown on the pricing page, it is an indication of the intended plan and is not an offer. When paid plans open, the price, the included quota, the billing period and the cancellation rules will be stated at the point of purchase, and those terms will govern that purchase.

6. Your Files and Intellectual Property

You keep every right you already hold in the files you upload and in the results you receive from us. We claim no ownership over them.

Because uploads are not retained, we hold no copy of your material and cannot supply it to you again later. The service, the site design, the copy and the code behind it remain our property or that of our licensors.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit unlawful material, not to upload anything you have no right to process, and not to interfere with the service — including probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, overwhelming it with automated traffic, or reselling access to it.

We may block access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. Where it is practical to do so, we will tell you why.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will remove an overlay cleanly from every image.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms; the updated date at the top of the page will change when we do, and continued use after that counts as acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend access where these terms are breached.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
