Pricing questions
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. Guests get 3 photos per day, up to 93 per month, with no account, credit card or trial period.
- What counts as one photo?
- One uploaded file. Previewing, cropping or downloading the same result again does not use another credit.
- When does the daily quota reset?
- At 00:00 UTC. Unused photos do not roll over to the next day.
- Can I use the free plan for commercial work?
- Yes, on images you own or hold a licence for. Removing a watermark from someone else's image is a copyright problem, and that is true on paid plans as well.
- When do paid plans and photo packs open?
- Paid checkout is not open yet. Join the waitlist and you will get one email when Pro, Max or the 1,500-photo pack is ready. Nothing is charged now.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Before checkout opens, we will publish how monthly plans can be cancelled and when access stops. One-time photo packs are not recurring subscriptions.
- Are my photos stored on your servers?
- We do not keep a copy of your original image or result in our own storage. File data is handled by the processing provider to create the result.
- Is video watermark removal included?
- Not yet. Video is metered by the minute rather than by file, because processing cost scales with the length of the clip, and it will sit inside the Pro and Max tiers when it launches.
